ANY CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING!!!
To guarantee a date, the contract must be signed and returned with 50% of the total cost of the event as a deposit. No exceptions.
If canceled 60 days prior to the event date, 50% of the deposit will be non-refundable. If canceled 30 days prior to the event date, 100% of the deposit will be non-refundable.
Balance due will be paid 10 days prior to the event date in full by cash check, debit card or money order.
Big Nate's barbeque & Company requires a final menu 10 days prior to the event. As well, we require a final count on the number of people participating in the event.
Big Nate's Barbeque is not liable for any damages to the property that we are entrusted with.
We cater parties of any size. Our catering prices are per person. Onsite cooking is an additional fee of $200.00. Prices vary so call today. Our onsite services are for 4 hours and each additional hour is $25.00. We will bring out our 20 foot smoker and take care of all your onsite catering needs. BY taking advantage of our onsite catering services you can enjoy your guests and let us worry about the food.
Drop off service (Set up) is $50.00 for anything less than 15 mile and $25.00 there after.
All meals come with 2 sides of choice, drinks, fixings, utensils and napkins. You can mix and match meats.
Extra sides are $45.00 for a half pans and $75.00 for full pans.
